Zero stress, sustainability, intermodality. If you are looking for a vacation of total relaxation and are looking for great food and wine in the Prosecco country of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, all you need to do is take a train and then hop on a bus. In July, MOM and Trenitalia— parent company of the Passenger Hub of FS Group - came together to launch Prosecco Hills Link, the new integrated tourist travel solution. The hop-on-hop-off service offers worry-free travel for visitors to explore the local urban and rural sights and take part in events, with six rides a day on weekends. The only thing to keep an eye on is the schedule.

The Prosecco Hills Link initiative, presented June 23 in Conegliano, province of Treviso, is aimed at promoting sustainable tourism. With the train+bus option, you can reach the Prosecco Hills with their historic villages, wineries and nature trails, which have been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

You can reach Conegliano by train—the greenest of green transport—from all over Italy. From here by modern, eco-friendly buses, you set off on the tour through vineyards and towns on a round trip lasting about 2 hours and 40 minutes.

This environmentally responsible tour is the result of collaboration with local operating partners Associazione Patrimonio Colline Conegliano Valdobbiadene and Consorzio di Tutela del Prosecco Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG.

The service will run until fall on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. There are six rides a day, with departure times organized to coincide with train arrivals/departures at Conegliano station. The service starts at 9.50 am and ends at 7.55 pm with the last bus arriving at the station.

Conegliano station can be reached by Trenitalia's regional rail service (80 trains on Saturdays and 68 on holidays). The tour passes through 13 municipalities, with 38 possible stops taking tourists to all the most significant locations: Conegliano, San Pietro di Feletto, Refrontolo, Pieve di Soligo, Farra di Soligo, Vidor, Valdobbiadene, Miane, Follina, Cison di Valmarino, Revine Lago, Tarzo and Vittorio Veneto.

Single-purchase tickets for the Prosecco Hills Link (train+bus) are available through all Trenitalia sales channels. The bus-only ticket is also available on all MOM sales channels, as well as on board. There is a choice of two rates: 1 Day Card: €15 (valid for 24 hours from issue) and 2 Days Card: €22 (valid for 48 hours from issue). Both tickets also entitle the holder to unlimited use of all transportation services in the MOM urban/extra-urban network.
